About the role

Ujax Engineering seeks a reliable and professional driver to support daily operations across multiple project sites in Abuja. The role involves safe transportation of staff, equipment, and company assets while maintaining the vehicle in top condition.

Key responsibilities

• Transport staff, equipment, and project materials safely to and from various sites.
• Perform official company errands, including pickups, deliveries, and dispatch activities.
• Keep the company vehicle clean, neat, and presentable at all times.
• Monitor maintenance schedules and conduct daily checks on oil, water, tyres, fuel, and overall vehicle condition.
• Report any faults, accidents, or maintenance issues promptly.
• Plan efficient and safe routes to avoid delays and ensure timely arrivals.
• Adhere to driving etiquette and comply with all traffic and safety regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum qualification of HND.
• Valid driver’s license with proven driving experience.
• Good knowledge of Abuja roads, routes, landmarks, and traffic patterns.
• Clean driving record and responsible driving habits.
• Ability to work punctual, organised, respectful and with minimal supervision.
• Professional communication skills with staff, clients, and vendors.
