Production Technician – Boiler Operations

About the role
We are looking for a dedicated Production Technician to manage the day‑to‑day operation of our boiler plant at Salid Agriculture's shea butter processing facility. The role ensures reliable boiler performance, supports order processing, and contributes to overall plant efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Operate and monitor the boiler system to guarantee safe, efficient, and continuous production.
- Maintain quality and quantity standards for processing customer orders.
- Execute all operational tasks within the boiler area promptly and accurately.
Required profile
- Diploma or certificate in Industrial Production, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field; extensive relevant experience may substitute.
- 5–8 years of experience in a manufacturing or processing environment.
- Proven supervisory experience in a plant or production setting.

What we offer
- Competitive salary ranging from N60,000 to N80,000 per month.
