MRO Coordinator – Operations & Technical

About the role

Oilserv Limited is seeking an MRO Coordinator to lead the procurement of maintenance, repair and operations (MRO) spare‑parts for its Operations & Technical division in Port Harcourt. The role ensures that critical spares are available in line with maintenance plans and asset reliability targets.

Key responsibilities

• Own the MRO and spare‑parts category, develop category strategy and manage framework agreements.
• Maintain critical‑spares definitions and reorder levels in collaboration with Maintenance and Materials teams.
• Translate maintenance plans and work‑order pipelines into forward procurement plans, prioritising sourcing by equipment criticality.
• Manage demand planning and stock interfaces to meet maintenance requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Mechanical, Electrical, Engineering or Supply Chain Management; CIPS certification is a plus.
• 6–8 years of MRO or spare‑parts procurement experience, preferably in EPCIC or oil & gas.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance planning and critical‑spares management.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation.
