About the role
Century Industrial FZE is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to manage factory floor operations at its workshop in Igbesa, Ogun State. The role involves leading staff, maintaining discipline, and ensuring production targets are met safely and efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily factory floor activities and coordinate production schedules.
- Manage and supervise staff, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Optimize workflows to reduce waste and increase productivity.
- Maintain discipline and resolve operational issues promptly.
Required profile
- 3–6 years of supervisory experience in a factory or large manufacturing environment.
- HND/BSc/B.Eng in engineering or a related field.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team‑management abilities.
- Residence close to the factory location is preferred.
