Production Staff – Chemical Manufacturing

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Production Staff member to join our chemical manufacturing plant in Lagos. You will work on the production line for hypo, bleach and related products, ensuring safe and efficient operations while maintaining high quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment for chemical manufacturing.
• Measure and mix raw materials according to standard formulations.
• Verify that finished products meet quality and safety specifications before packaging.
• Identify and correct faults or inconsistencies in the production process.
• Follow health, safety and environmental (HSE) guidelines at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area.
• Record production output, materials used and batch numbers accurately.

Required profile

• Prior experience producing chemicals such as hypo, bleach or similar products.
• Minimum B.Sc. in a related field.
• Experience in a chemical or manufacturing production environment.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and handle chemicals responsibly.
