Production Planning & Execution Coordinator

About the role

The Production Planning & Execution Coordinator ensures that Phase 2 injection and blow‑moulding lines run according to the ERP‑driven production plan. You will act as the daily bridge between planners and floor supervisors, monitoring output, handling mould changes and keeping the plan accurate.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor the ERP production plan each shift, compare planned versus actual output, and flag variances to the Production Planner.
• Collect real‑time production counts from supervisors, update tracking sheets and the ERP system, and escalate shortfalls with cause analysis.
• Coordinate mould changes by confirming run completion, informing supervisors and maintenance engineers, and recording all change details in the ERP.
• Serve as the communication link between planners and Phase 2 supervisors, conveying priorities, plan adjustments and special instructions.
• Prepare and submit daily production reports for Phase 2, ensuring accuracy and traceability of all actions.

Required profile

• Mid‑level experience (minimum 36 months) in manufacturing production planning or coordination.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and ability to update plans promptly.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under shift schedules.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP production planning tools.
• Knowledge of injection and blow‑moulding processes.
