Production Lead – Film Production & Content Management

About the role

The Production Lead will drive the end‑to‑end creation and delivery of film titles for Filmhouse Cinemas Limited. Based in Victoria Island, Lagos, you will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure high‑quality content reaches our audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in reviewing and curating content for the Greenlight committee.
• Source sponsorships and liaise with co‑producers.
• Review, edit, and provide feedback on scripts.
• Negotiate contract and commercial terms with external parties.
• Assess financials, including OPEX and CAPEX, for productions.
• Supervise creation of content and promotional assets.
• Coordinate with PR, marketing, finance, and distribution teams.
• Oversee implementation of marketing plans and post‑production processes.
• Manage databases and archiving of production materials.

Required profile

• Relevant Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 4 years experience in film production or related fields.
• Strong analytical mindset for evaluating scripts, budgets, and production decisions.
• Excellent leadership, project management, and interpersonal skills.
• Effective oral and written communication.
