Production Coordinator, Export & Branding

About the role

The Production Coordinator, Export & Branding will oversee the daily execution of special production orders for export and branding lines. You will ensure that each order follows the correct SKU, colour, quantity and packing specifications while maintaining real‑time visibility for planners.

Key responsibilities

• Physically monitor all active special production orders on export and branding machines, confirming SKU, colour, quantity and packaging compliance.
• Track production progress against required quantities, update the order tracking log in real time, and report status to the Production Planner & Executor at agreed intervals.
• Escalate immediately any order that falls short, is delayed, or risks missing its completion date.
• Maintain the colour‑trail sequence across machines, verify complete purges before colour changes, and record each change in a dedicated log.
• Stop production and isolate output if a colour‑sequencing error is detected, then notify the Production Planner & Executor and QA.
• Ensure packing adheres strictly to job‑card specifications, including carton type, quantity per carton, inner requirements and labelling.
• Issue and review job cards with supervisors and packing teams to guarantee full understanding of requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years (36 months) experience in a manufacturing or production coordination role.
• Proven ability to monitor multiple production lines, manage real‑time logs and communicate effectively with planners and supervisors.
• Strong attention to detail to enforce colour‑trail and packing specifications.
• Ability to work on‑site in Abeokuta and handle fast‑paced export‑focused environments.
