Product Manager, Loyalty and Merchandise

About the role

Pradini is building a premium lifestyle mobility brand for Africa’s discerning travelers. We are looking for a Product Manager to create and launch our loyalty program and to shape the merchandise strategy that defines the Pradini member experience.

Key responsibilities

• Design and launch a full‑stack loyalty program, including tier structures, earning and redemption rules, and partner perks tailored to the Lagos market.
• Own the end‑to‑end merchandise strategy: product drops, brand collaborations, unit economics, supply‑chain management and channel distribution.
• Craft premium member moments such as welcome experiences, surprise gifting, exclusive drops, and founder‑led events.
• Collaborate with brand, design, engineering and external consultants to ensure a seamless, high‑quality experience across all touchpoints.
• Develop and communicate compelling narratives for member acquisition, product launches and brand partnerships.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of product management experience, preferably in a consumer brand, marketplace, hospitality or lifestyle company.
• Member‑experience mindset: you prioritize the emotional impact over pure mechanics.
• Ability to work with consultants and external experts, extracting insights without adopting their conclusions wholesale.
• Outcome‑focused delivery: you measure success by results, not by output.
• Excellent written communication for tier names, drop stories and member communications.
• Based in Lagos or comfortable operating on Lagos time.
