About the role

Crown Interactive is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the full product lifecycle of SaaS and enterprise platforms that support government digital transformation across Africa. You will shape product vision, define roadmaps, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Define and communicate a clear product vision aligned with sovereign digital transformation goals.
• Translate public‑sector policies, regulatory requirements, and institutional goals into scalable digital products.
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps for SaaS and enterprise platforms, balancing long‑term scalability with short‑term project deliverables.
• Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams and government stakeholders, ensuring alignment and timely delivery.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities.
• Lead cross‑functional teams, manage timelines, resources, and drive data‑informed decision making.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing end‑to‑end product lifecycles in a technology or SaaS environment.
• Strong ability to develop long‑term product strategies and translate them into actionable plans.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for articulating product vision and requirements.
• Demonstrated capability to influence stakeholders and motivate cross‑functional teams.
