Product Manager – Internal Products (Remote)

About the role

We are expanding our B2B banking ecosystem and need a Product Manager for internal products to design, build and scale the tools that power our SME operations. This execution‑focused role works closely with Engineering, Risk and Operations to deliver tangible improvements within the first month.

Key responsibilities

• Improve and scale internal tools used by SME and credit teams.
• Gather stakeholder requirements and translate them into clear product specifications.
• Write detailed product requirement documents (PRDs) and manage the engineering backlog.
• Identify process inefficiencies and propose automation solutions.
• Support rollout of new features and drive adoption across internal teams.
• Introduce best practices from international fintech and banking markets.

Required profile

• 4–7 years of product management experience.
• Hands‑on experience building or enhancing internal/back‑office systems.
• Background in fintech or banking.
• Strong execution mindset with ability to move fast and deliver results.
• Proven experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams (Engineering, Risk, Ops).
• Exposure to international fintech or banking markets.
• Fluent English.
