Product Manager - Front-End Channels (Mobile/Web)

About the role

Renmoney is seeking a Product Manager to own the mobile and web customer‑facing platforms. You will shape the digital experience that enables users to access loans, savings, payments and account management seamlessly.

Key responsibilities

• Define and champion a product vision for Mobile and Web channels aligned with business goals.
• Lead UI/UX revamps to improve usability, accessibility and inclusiveness for all users.
• Own the product backlog, prioritize features and manage sprints across engineering, QA, DevOps and business teams.
• Use customer feedback, usability testing and analytics to optimise onboarding, navigation and feature adoption.
• Drive conversion improvements in loan funnels, savings engagement and transaction completion.
• Collaborate with Lending, Banking, Risk, Customer Service and Marketing to ensure scalability, compliance and readiness for new initiatives.
• Ensure front‑end features meet Nigerian fintech regulatory and data‑privacy standards.
• Plan beta rollouts, production deployments and emergency hot‑fixes with DevOps and QA.
• Define and monitor KPIs such as activation, MAU/WAU, churn and drop‑off points using analytics tools.

Required profile

• 5+ years of product management experience in fintech or digital banking.
• 3+ years managing mobile and web platforms with demonstrable user growth.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance or related field; MBA or product certifications a plus.

Required skills

• Understanding of REST APIs and mobile/web architecture.
• Experience with analytics integration (Firebase, Mixpanel, Google Analytics).
• Agile methodology and sprint management.
• Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Miro, Productboard.
• SQL knowledge (optional).
