Product Manager (FinTech)

About the role

Busha is seeking a driven Product Manager to shape its cryptocurrency trading platform. You will partner with engineering, design, compliance and growth teams to deliver user‑focused financial technology products at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Own product initiatives from idea through launch, defining road‑maps and user stories.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to set priorities and translate business goals into clear requirements.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis and gather customer insights to inform product decisions.
• Monitor product performance, user behavior and operational metrics, adjusting strategy as needed.
• Work closely with compliance and operations to ensure regulatory alignment and operational scalability.
• Facilitate documentation, risk assessment and process improvements across the product lifecycle.

Required profile

• 3–6+ years of experience in product management, product operations or business analysis.
• Background in software engineering and experience managing a product through its full lifecycle.
• Previous work in fintech, cryptocurrency, payments or high‑growth technology environments.
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
