Product Designer

About the role

We are seeking a creative and user‑focused Product Designer to craft intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing digital products. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers and other stakeholders to turn user needs and business goals into seamless experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct user research to uncover customer needs, pain points and behaviours.
• Create user flows, wireframes, mockups and interactive prototypes.
• Design intuitive, visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to define and deliver product features.
• Develop and maintain design systems, UI components and style guides.
• Validate concepts through usability testing and incorporate feedback.
• Iterate designs based on analytics, customer insights and stakeholder input.
• Ensure consistency, accessibility and usability across all product experiences.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in product design or UX/UI design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user‑centered design projects.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch or Adobe XD.
• Basic understanding of front‑end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
