Product Designer

About the role

Busha is looking for a thoughtful, detail‑oriented Product Designer to join its growing team. You will combine strong visual design capability with sharp product thinking to solve complex problems through intuitive, elegant solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design intuitive experiences that elevate customer experience and overall product quality.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to refine open‑ended problem and opportunity spaces.
• Generate insights by talking to customers or leveraging analytical tools to form hypotheses.
• Contribute to, elevate, and maintain the company’s design system.
• Operate across multiple product areas, driving projects from concept to shipped prototypes.
• Dog‑food the product extensively to identify improvement opportunities.
• Present and communicate design decisions with clear rationale.

Required profile

• 5+ years of verifiable experience shipping products used by real people.
• Exceptional craft demonstrated through a strong portfolio of end‑to‑end work.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, self‑led environment.

Required skills

• Experience building or managing a productionized design system.
• Hands‑on experience using AI tools to enhance design workflow (ideation, analysis, prototyping, or production).
• Motion design or interaction design expertise.
