Product and Operations Lead

About the role

Pentagonware Technologies is seeking a Product and Operations Lead to shape its product portfolio and build operating practices that enable sustainable growth. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will bridge strategy, customer needs, and delivery to ensure clear priorities, visible progress, and effective execution.

Key responsibilities

• Own portfolio roadmaps, product priorities and operational planning.
• Translate business objectives, market evidence and customer needs into clear initiatives.
• Coordinate delivery across product, engineering, design, quality and commercial functions.
• Establish effective practices for planning, documentation, decision‑making and release governance.
• Define and monitor product, delivery and operational performance indicators.
• Identify dependencies, capacity constraints and risks, and lead appropriate action.
• Improve client onboarding, implementation and service‑management processes.
• Provide concise performance reporting to support organisational and investment decisions.

Required profile

• At least five years of experience in product management, product operations or technology delivery.
• Proven track record of leading delivery and improvement of software products or digital services.
• Strong product judgement and ability to prioritise using customer, commercial and technical evidence.
• Experience coordinating cross‑functional teams and senior stakeholders.
• Ability to design proportionate operating processes for a growing organisation.
• Excellent analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ownership, sound judgement and comfort with ambiguity.
