About the role
We are looking for a Procurement Operations Specialist to support our import activities and ensure smooth purchasing processes. The role involves coordinating with suppliers, customs agents and banks while managing electronic purchase orders and related documentation.
Key responsibilities
- Process and respond to emails related to import operations.
- Coordinate with suppliers, customs clearance agents, and banks to expedite imports.
- Create and manage electronic purchase orders, settlement documents, and other paperwork.
Required profile
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proactive attitude and strong team player.
- Ability to work under team management.
Required skills
- Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
