Procurement Officer

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Procurement Officer to manage the sourcing and purchasing of fabrics, sewing materials, equipment, and office supplies for our fashion academy. The role ensures timely procurement, maintains strong supplier relationships, and supports uninterrupted training and production activities.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and source vendors for fabrics, sewing materials, equipment, and operational supplies.
• Request, compare, and negotiate quotations to secure best value, pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers while monitoring inventory levels.
• Conduct periodic stock checks, report discrepancies, and ensure stock availability for academy operations.
• Handle logistics for procurement‑related deliveries to avoid disruptions in classes and production.

Required profile

• At least OND in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Male candidates with 1–2 years of procurement experience, preferably in a women’s fashion brand.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management abilities.
• Attention to detail, integrity, and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
