Procurement & Logistics Officer

About the role

We are looking for a Procurement & Logistics Officer to manage the sourcing, purchasing and delivery of fabrics, trims, accessories and packaging for our production lines. The role ensures materials are available on time, maintains supplier relationships and oversees stock accuracy throughout the manufacturing process.

Key responsibilities

• Purchase all fabrics, trims, accessories and packaging required for production, obtaining management approval and comparing quotations.
• Source and maintain reliable suppliers, negotiate pricing, quality and delivery terms.
• Inspect incoming materials, report shortages or damages, and ensure correct items are received.
• Maintain complete purchase records, including quotations, invoices, receipts and delivery notes.
• Manage stock records for fabrics, trims, packaging and finished garments; conduct regular stock counts.
• Issue materials to production according to the cut plan and track quantities used.
• Coordinate packaging and dispatch of completed orders, liaise with couriers and track consignments.
• Report stock levels, price movements, supplier performance and low‑stock alerts to management.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing or stock control, preferably in fashion, textiles or manufacturing.
• Practical knowledge of fabrics and trims with the ability to assess quality on delivery.
• Strong negotiation skills and a proven approach to sourcing suppliers.
• Meticulous record‑keeping and accountability for all stock and expenditures.
• Experience coordinating deliveries and managing courier or logistics partners.
• High integrity and transparency in handling company funds and inventory.
