Procurement Executive – Telecom & Warehouse Operations

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Procurement Executive to manage the sourcing, purchasing and inventory of telecom equipment across our warehouses, distribution centres and retail outlets in Lagos. The role combines vendor management, purchase‑order administration and warehouse coordination to ensure seamless product availability.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, onboard and manage suppliers of CPE, MiFi, routers, modems, SIM cards and related accessories.
• Obtain quotations, negotiate pricing, secure commercial terms and monitor vendor performance against service‑level agreements.
• Process purchase requisitions, create and track purchase orders using Tally, JIRA and ERP systems, and maintain full audit trails.
• Monitor stock levels across warehouses and retail outlets, track movements, conduct periodic reconciliations and manage sample device inventory.
• Participate in device evaluation, coordinate technical testing, and support validation of SIM, USIM, ICCID, IMSI, KI and OPC parameters.
• Collaborate with Operations, Sales, Marketing, Technology, Logistics and Supply Chain teams to meet product deployment needs.

Required profile

• Proactive and meticulous with strong procurement and vendor‑management experience.
• Hands‑on experience in warehouse and inventory management within a telecom environment.
• Ability to manage purchase orders, contracts, and supplier performance metrics.
• Excellent negotiation skills and a focus on cost optimisation.
