About the role
The Process Supervisor will oversee daily production activities to ensure smooth workflow and product quality at New Hope Agriculture & Technology. This position is essential for maintaining high standards and driving continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor day‑to‑day operations to keep processes running efficiently.
- Conduct quality control checks to verify products meet specifications.
- Identify and resolve process issues through troubleshooting.
- Lead, coach, and supervise operators, technicians, and line workers.
- Suggest and implement improvements to boost efficiency and reduce waste.
Required profile
- Minimum qualification: Higher National Diploma (HND).
- At least 12 months of experience in a similar supervisory role.
