Private Driver (Live-In)

About the role

H-Ville Consultancy is hiring a full-time driver in Lagos (Marina) to safely transport the employer and other authorised passengers to their destinations. The position is live-in, so the driver must reside on the premises as required.

Key responsibilities

• Safely transport the employer and other authorised passengers to designated locations.
• Show excellent knowledge of Lagos roads, streets, landmarks and alternative routes, using navigation apps when needed.
• Keep the vehicle clean, well maintained and in good working order, checking fuel, tyres, oil and brakes regularly.
• Comply with traffic regulations and report faults, accidents or maintenance needs promptly.
• Assist with basic vehicle-related errands and maintain punctuality, confidentiality and a courteous attitude.

Required profile

• Valid Nigerian driver's licence.
• Proven experience as a professional, personal or private driver.
• Excellent knowledge of Lagos roads, routes and traffic conditions.
• Willingness to work and live in Lagos under a live-in arrangement.

Required skills

• Strong navigation and route-planning skills and good driving skills.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Good communication, honesty, discipline and ability to keep confidential information.
