About the role
This is an opportunity to join a modern, multidisciplinary clinical environment committed to safe, effective and patient‑centred care. The role is based in Abuja at a reputable multi‑specialist hospital.
Key responsibilities
- Assess, plan and deliver physiotherapy and rehabilitation interventions for patients.
- Manage an assigned caseload and deliver care to professional standards.
- Maintain accurate clinical records and outcome measures.
- Apply patient‑safety and infection‑prevention standards.
- Participate in audit and quality‑improvement activities.
Required profile
- Bachelor of Physiotherapy (or equivalent recognised qualification) from a recognised institution, with completed national internship and NYSC or valid exemption.
- Minimum of 1 year post‑registration or post‑internship experience; newly registered practitioners may be considered.
- Clinical/technical competence appropriate to the role, exercised with appropriate supervision, and experience working within a multidisciplinary hospital team.
Required skills
- Knowledge of physiotherapy assessment and rehabilitation practice appropriate to the role.
- Ability to plan and deliver evidence‑based interventions for an assigned caseload.
- Sound clinical record‑keeping and outcome measurement.
- Effective communication with patients, families and colleagues.
- Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team.
