Presentation Specialist – Remote PowerPoint Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a Presentation Specialist to create, edit, and review enterprise‑level PowerPoint presentations for business and executive audiences. This contractor role is fully remote with a commitment of 40 hours per week and requires overlap with PST business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Create, edit, format, and review enterprise‑level PowerPoint presentations aligned with professional standards and brand guidelines.
• Transform complex information into clear, visually compelling, and well‑structured slides for business and executive audiences.
• Review, edit, rewrite, and refine slide content while maintaining accuracy, consistency, and the intended message.
• Ensure consistency in layout, typography, colors, visual hierarchy, alignment, and overall presentation quality.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience creating presentations in management consulting, corporate strategy, corporate finance, or similar professional environments.
• Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly, concisely, and professionally.
• Proven ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy, consistency, and a high standard of quality.
