Premium Horeca Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Premium Horeca Manager to lead our national premium HORECA channel. The role will focus on building strong relationships with key premium accounts, driving brand visibility and delivering growth for Nigeria Distilleries Limited’s wines and spirits portfolio. You will work closely with marketing, finance and supply chain teams to align initiatives and drive measurable results across the country.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement national strategies for the premium HORECA channel.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key premium accounts.
• Lead negotiations and manage contracts with HORECA partners.
• Oversee brand activations and visibility initiatives.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams for alignment and track performance.
• Manage budgets, ensure ROI and compliance with policies.
• Coordinate multi‑regional activities and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Plan and organize annual and monthly channel activities.

Required profile

• Minimum HND in a related field.
• 2–5 years experience in FMCG, preferably wines & spirits.
• Strong HORECA experience.
• Strategic thinking and negotiation skills.
• Leadership and business acumen.
• Ability to handle intense competition and high client expectations.
