Practice Manager (Hospital Experience Required)

About the role

An experienced Practice Manager is sought to oversee the day-to-day operations of a healthcare practice in Lekki, Lagos. The role ensures efficient service delivery, an excellent patient experience, regulatory compliance and effective team performance. The stated salary is 500,000 to 700,000 net.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily administrative and operational activities of the practice.
• Manage and coordinate staff, schedules, workflows and performance.
• Ensure high standards of patient care and customer service.
• Develop and implement SOPs and improve operational processes.
• Monitor inventory, supplies, facilities and operational costs.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Handle patient concerns, complaints and escalations professionally.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, training and staff development.
• Maintain accurate records, reports and documentation.
• Monitor practice performance and report regularly to management.
• Support budgeting, financial controls and revenue-related activities.
• Liaise with vendors, consultants, regulatory bodies and other stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years' experience in practice, clinic, hospital or healthcare operations management; hospital experience is compulsory.
• Strong leadership, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of healthcare operations, compliance and patient service standards.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
