About the role

Dash Language School seeks enthusiastic Portuguese tutors to deliver engaging language lessons to learners of varying proficiency levels in Surulere, Lagos. The role involves both on‑site and hybrid teaching components.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver structured Portuguese lessons covering speaking, listening, reading, and writing.
• Assess learner progress, provide constructive feedback, and maintain accurate attendance and performance records.
• Prepare teaching materials that reflect Lusophone cultures and support diverse learning styles.
• Collaborate with fellow tutors to continuously improve instructional approaches.

Required profile

• Native or near‑native fluency in Portuguese with strong English communication skills.
• Experience teaching or tutoring languages, preferably Portuguese.
• Ability to explain grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation clearly.
• Excellent classroom management and learner‑focused attitude.
