About the role
We are looking for a motivated Phone Technician to join our team at Smart Services Limited in Lagos. The role involves repairing mobile devices, installing software, and maintaining accurate records of parts and work performed.
Key responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair a variety of phone hardware issues.
- Install and configure software on phones following Samsung guidelines.
- Record all work and parts usage in Excel for reference.
- Ensure that all used components are returned to inventory.
Required profile
- Minimum HND in engineering or a related field.
- No prior work experience required; entry‑level candidates are welcome.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel for data entry.
- Ability to perform phone hardware repairs.
- Basic software installation on mobile devices.
