About the role
We are seeking a qualified Pharmacist to join our team in Lagos. The role involves ensuring accurate dispensing of medications and providing professional advice to patients.
Key responsibilities
- Dispense prescription and over‑the‑counter medications accurately.
- Review prescriptions for appropriate dosage and prevent harmful drug interactions.
- Provide advice on medication use, side effects, and storage.
- Monitor patients' medication therapy and identify potential drug‑related problems.
- Maintain accurate records of medications, inventory, and prescriptions.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of pharmaceutical products.
- Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to improve patient outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical laws, regulations, and professional standards.
- Educate patients on medication adherence and general health management.
Required profile
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a pharmacy setting.
- Degree in Pharmacy or a related field.
