About the role
The AbdulSalam Bello Raji Foundation is seeking a qualified Pharmacist to join its healthcare team in Ibadan, Oyo State. This full‑time position involves direct patient interaction, medication management, and ensuring regulatory compliance within the pharmacy setting.
Key responsibilities
- Review prescriptions for accuracy, legality, drug interactions, and contraindications.
- Provide professional counseling on medication use, dosage, side effects, and storage.
- Assist with basic health screenings such as blood pressure checks and blood glucose testing.
- Maintain full compliance with Pharmacists Council of Nigeria (PCN) regulations.
Required profile
- Minimum B.Sc. qualification in Pharmacy or related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant pharmacy experience.
- Strong professional ethics and commitment to patient safety.
Required skills
- Prescription review and drug interaction analysis.
- Medication counseling and patient education.
- Blood pressure measurement.
- Blood glucose testing.
