About the role

The AbdulSalam Bello Raji Foundation is seeking a qualified Pharmacist to join its healthcare team in Ibadan, Oyo State. This full‑time position involves direct patient interaction, medication management, and ensuring regulatory compliance within the pharmacy setting.

Key responsibilities

  • Review prescriptions for accuracy, legality, drug interactions, and contraindications.
  • Provide professional counseling on medication use, dosage, side effects, and storage.
  • Assist with basic health screenings such as blood pressure checks and blood glucose testing.
  • Maintain full compliance with Pharmacists Council of Nigeria (PCN) regulations.

Required profile

  • Minimum B.Sc. qualification in Pharmacy or related field.
  • At least 2 years of relevant pharmacy experience.
  • Strong professional ethics and commitment to patient safety.

Required skills

  • Prescription review and drug interaction analysis.
  • Medication counseling and patient education.
  • Blood pressure measurement.
  • Blood glucose testing.
