About the role
The Personnel Supervisor will lead the raw material section, ensuring smooth receipt, storage, handling and issuance of materials to keep production running without interruption. Reporting directly to the Managing Director and General Manager, the role combines inventory oversight with hands‑on technical supervision.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise receipt, storage, handling and issuance of raw materials.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and enforce operational procedures.
- Coordinate with production teams to guarantee uninterrupted operations.
- Lead a team of warehouse and maintenance staff.
- Prepare regular reports for senior management.
Required profile
- B.Sc. or HND in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum three years of experience in industrial electrical and electronics maintenance.
- Proven ability to manage raw‑material inventories in a manufacturing environment.

What we offer
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from NGN 100,000 to NGN 200,000.
