Performance Marketing Executive – User Acquisition

About the role

LemFi is seeking a Performance Marketing Executive to lead user‑acquisition efforts across key Anglophone African markets, primarily Nigeria with extensions to Kenya and Ghana. Reporting to the Senior Performance Marketing Manager, you will own paid‑media campaigns, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and turn creative concepts into measurable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimise paid acquisition campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and other relevant channels.
• Manage audience strategy, budget allocation, scaling, and performance reporting.
• Identify new acquisition opportunities across channels, formats, and audiences.
• Support global acquisition initiatives on Google App Campaigns, Apple Search Ads, DSPs, and emerging platforms.
• Develop and execute the creative roadmap, producing static, video, and UGC assets that resonate locally.
• Leverage MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch) and attribution data to optimise CAC and other efficiency metrics.
• Collaborate with Product, Data, Brand, CRM, and Creative teams to align campaigns with business objectives.

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate performance data into actionable insights.
• Excellent collaboration skills across product, data, and creative functions.
