Part‑Time Marketing & Partnerships Coordinator

About the role

The VH MGMT is seeking a part‑time Marketing & Partnerships Coordinator to support its rapid growth. This remote position offers high ownership across marketing, creator relations, brand partnerships and business development.

Key responsibilities

• Manage content calendars for Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn and publish short‑form assets such as Reels, TikToks and carousel posts.
• Research, write and distribute a bi‑weekly newsletter covering the creator economy, influencer marketing and brand collaborations.
• Identify and outreach to brands that align with the company’s talent portfolio and develop partnership pipelines.
• Support creator outreach, talent pipeline development and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Conduct market, competitor and creator research to inform strategy and create outreach materials.

Required profile

• Strong written communication with experience creating newsletters, editorial or research‑driven content.
• Genuine interest in the creator economy, influencer marketing and brand partnerships.
• Excellent research and commercial thinking abilities.
• Highly organised, proactive and comfortable with both relationship management and outbound outreach.
