Partner Success Manager – Construction

About the role

You will drive strategic sales, forge executive partnerships, and lead market expansion for the PMI Construction Professional (PMI‑CP) certification across Sub‑Saharan Africa, with a focus on Ghana, Nigeria, and South Africa.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a sales strategy to position PMI‑CP as the premier construction project‑management certification.
• Identify, engage, and nurture relationships with senior executives in construction, engineering, and corporate L&D.
• Secure and manage high‑value corporate partnerships and multi‑million‑dollar deals.
• Negotiate contracts and present complex certification and training solutions at the enterprise level.
• Collaborate with internal product, marketing, and training teams to tailor offerings to regional market needs.
• Represent PMI at industry events, conferences, and digital forums to raise brand awareness.
• Monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and sustainability initiatives to inform growth tactics.

Required profile

• 10+ years of executive experience in B2B sales, corporate training sales, or construction/engineering leadership.
• Extensive, well‑established network within construction, infrastructure, and project‑management sectors.
• Proven success in securing and managing high‑value corporate partnerships and multi‑million‑dollar contracts.
• Outstanding executive presentation, negotiation, and relationship‑building abilities.
