Part-Time Virtual Assistant Trainer (Remote – Nigeria)

About the role

We are seeking a part‑time Virtual Assistant Trainer to deliver live and recorded training to learners across Nigeria. The role is fully remote and focuses on equipping students with practical virtual‑assistant skills and tools.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct engaging live and pre‑recorded training sessions covering core virtual‑assistant competencies.
• Deliver structured curriculum modules on email & calendar management, client communication, travel planning, research, and productivity tools.
• Assign real‑world tasks, projects and simulations to provide hands‑on experience.
• Provide mentorship, feedback and support to help learners meet training outcomes.
• Design quizzes, assignments and assessments to track progress.
• Assist learners with building professional portfolios, resumes, LinkedIn profiles and interview preparation.
• Train on communication, scheduling, project‑management and collaboration platforms.
• Maintain attendance records, learner evaluations and training reports.
• Suggest improvements to learning materials and contribute to curriculum development.
• Collaborate with academic, operations and placement teams.

Required profile

• 1–2 years experience as a Virtual Assistant or administrative support professional.
• Previous experience delivering online training, workshops or mentoring.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications or related field (preferred).

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
• Experience using Trello, Asana, Notion and Slack.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and freelance platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr and Freelancer.
