Part-Time In-House Nurse

About the role

Imani Health is a digital healthcare platform connecting patients, families and healthcare providers through telehealth, appointment booking, electronic medical records and home-based care. It seeks a part-time in-house nurse to provide timely, respectful and reliable nursing support to patients enrolled in its healthcare plans, with priority given to subscribed patients. Approved home visits are covered by the company for transportation.

Key responsibilities

• Serve subscribed patients first, covering wellness checks, home visits, telehealth support and follow-up monitoring
• Accept bookings from non-subscribed patients only where suitable slots remain, without delaying subscribed patients
• Follow the clinical escalation process for urgent cases regardless of subscription status
• Complete home visits and telehealth appointments reliably, with accurate documentation

Required profile

• Valid nursing qualification from a recognised institution
• Current NMCN registration and practising licence
• Experience in hospital, clinic, home-care, community health or telehealth nursing
• Ability to travel for home visits within assigned locations in Nigeria
• Preferred: home-care, family care, elderly care or community nursing experience, and familiarity with EMRs or healthtech platforms

Required skills

• Basic nursing assessments and non-invasive health monitoring
• Patient confidentiality, ethics and professional boundaries
• Good written and verbal communication, digital literacy and accurate documentation
• Independent work during home visits and time management
