Paint and Coatings Sales Officer

About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Paint and Coatings Sales Officer to join Apex Paint Limited in Abeokuta. The role focuses on driving sales of our paint and coating products to contractors, retailers and end‑users across Ogun State.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, retailers and end‑users.
- Educate customers on product features, benefits and proper application techniques.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback to management.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts and performance analyses.
Required profile
- Minimum of 3 years proven experience in sales, preferably within paint, coatings or related manufacturing sectors.
- Bachelor’s degree (BSc) in any relevant field.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
