Outpatient Practice Nurse

About the role

The Outpatient Practice Nurse provides compassionate, high‑quality care to patients attending our outpatient clinic. You will support diagnostic procedures, administer treatments, and work closely with physicians and support staff to ensure patient‑centered services.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver clinical care, emotional support and education to patients and families.
• Conduct patient registration, vital signs, medical history, and diagnostic screenings.
• Prepare treatment rooms and assist practitioners during medical procedures.
• Administer immunizations, medications, wound care, and other treatments as prescribed.
• Perform Vision Screening, ECG, Spirometry, Audiometry and other diagnostic tests under supervision.
• Monitor patient responses, report changes to physicians, and maintain accurate medical records.
• Manage inventory, cold‑chain storage, and disposal of medical products.
• Coordinate daily administrative tasks such as scheduling, phone handling, check‑in/out, and record maintenance.
• Participate in quality‑assurance activities including adverse event reporting.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and provide emotional support.
• Strong collaboration skills with physicians, healthcare professionals and support staff.
• Attention to detail in documentation and inventory management.
