About the role
The Order Fulfilment Officer processes customer orders and coordinates picking, packing, inventory updates, dispatch and delivery so that every order is accurate, well-packaged and delivered promptly. The role sits within the agro-processing sector.
Key responsibilities
- Receive, verify and process customer orders from all sales channels.
- Pick, pack and prepare orders accurately according to company standards.
- Ensure products are properly labelled, sealed and packaged to prevent damage during transit.
- Verify order accuracy before dispatch to minimise errors and customer complaints.
- Coordinate with delivery partners and logistics providers for timely dispatch and delivery.
- Track dispatched orders and follow up on deliveries until customers receive them.
- Communicate delivery updates and resolve order-related issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, dispatches, returns and deliveries.
- Monitor inventory levels and report low-stock or out-of-stock items, updating inventory records after each fulfilled order.
