Operations Supervisor

About the role

Fleximotion Limited is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead its bike‑rider fleet in Lagos. You will ensure smooth daily operations, maintain vehicle readiness, and support rider performance.

Key responsibilities

• Sign in operators, conduct morning briefings and verify bike and battery readiness.
• Monitor operator movements, resolve delivery or payment issues, and manage escalations.
• Oversee vehicles, EV batteries and operational kits, raising maintenance needs early.
• Reconcile POS and transfer payments on a daily basis.
• Liaise with local government agencies and law‑enforcement officers.
• Submit daily reports covering deliveries, revenue, incidents, attendance and performance.
• Enforce minimum daily trip targets and ensure policy compliance.
• Support rider coaching, discipline and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Good first degree in any discipline.
• 3‑4 years of direct experience managing teams of bike riders.
• Strong knowledge of Lagos Mainland or Island road network and geography.
• Experience with Uber, Bolt, MAX, Gokada or other on‑demand operations.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with POS systems.
• Familiarity with navigation and delivery applications.
