About the role
The Operations Manager will lead daily activities at our recycling plant in Lagos, ensuring production targets are met efficiently and on schedule. This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence and supporting the growth of sustainable waste management.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee and manage day‑to‑day operations of the recycling facility.
- Develop, implement and continuously improve operational policies, procedures and systems.
- Supervise factory managers, supervisors and operational staff to maintain high performance.
- Ensure a reliable supply of raw recyclable materials by monitoring inventory and coordinating with collectors, aggregators and scrap dealers.
- Negotiate pricing and supply agreements with suppliers and monitor their performance.
- Conduct market research to identify new sourcing opportunities and assess supplier capacity and quality.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree (BSc/HND) in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar operations role.
- Residency within Mowe, Ibafo, Ogun State.
