About the role
We are seeking an Operations Manager to support daily operations of our hospitality clients, including hotels and restaurants, ensuring smooth service delivery. You will work closely with client teams to maintain operational excellence and high guest satisfaction. The position is based in Port Harcourt, serving clients across the Marina region.
Key responsibilities
- Support daily operations of hospitality clients such as hotels and restaurants.
- Manage logistics, inventory, and supplies.
- Ensure smooth functioning of hospitality services.
- Identify and resolve operational issues.
Required profile
- Diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- At least 2 years of operations experience in the hospitality sector.
- Strong problem‑solving and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
