About the role
The Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth day‑to‑day activities across the organization, driving efficiency and maintaining high standards of service delivery. This role reports to senior leadership and works closely with cross‑functional teams to achieve operational excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and oversee daily operations to meet business objectives.
- Manage teams, optimize processes, and ensure compliance with SLA, HSE, and quality standards.
- Oversee budgets, monitor project execution, and control costs.
- Track performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align operational activities with strategic goals.
- Ensure health, safety, and environmental regulations are adhered to.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in operations management.
- Proven leadership and project management capabilities.
- Strong analytical, communication and problem‑solving skills.
