Operations Manager

About the role

The Operations Manager will lead and optimise engineering procurement, sourcing, logistics and project support functions to ensure efficient delivery of products and services to industrial clients.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and supervise all operational activities, including procurement, sourcing, logistics and project support.
• Lead and manage the Logistics, Sourcing and Pricing teams, assigning responsibilities and monitoring performance.
• Oversee supplier identification, quotation evaluation, negotiations and maintain strong vendor relationships.
• Ensure timely delivery of products and services, monitor shipment schedules and address operational delays.
• Review pricing strategies, prepare accurate quotations and identify cost‑saving opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering and customers to support pricing, project coordination and customer service.

Required profile

• Commercially minded operations leader with experience in engineering procurement and industrial supply chains.
• Proven track record in logistics management, project coordination and cross‑functional team leadership.
• Strong ability to drive operational excellence, cost efficiency and customer satisfaction.
