Operations Manager

About the role

We are seeking an Operations Manager to lead our Abuja office, ensuring smooth daily operations and high‑quality service delivery for our global mobility clients. This full‑time, on‑site position reports to senior management and plays a key role in driving operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Coordinate team activities, monitor performance, and provide coaching to achieve targets.
• Manage client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and compliance with service standards.
• Oversee compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze operational data to identify improvements and drive efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven ability to work under sales targets and close deals.
• Strong leadership and team‑management experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset for problem‑solving and decision‑making.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or related field preferred.
• Experience in visa facilitation, immigration services or travel consultancy is a plus.
