Operations Manager – E‑Hailing

About the role

Kcabor is looking for a hands‑on Operations Manager to lead daily operations of its e‑hailing service and other brand offerings. You will ensure rides run smoothly, oversee driver readiness, and resolve operational incidents to deliver reliable service for drivers and customers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day e‑hailing operations, monitor ride requests, driver availability, acceptance rates, cancellations and completed trips.
• Oversee driver onboarding, documentation verification, performance tracking and engagement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Customer Support to resolve escalated rider complaints, fare disputes and service failures.
• Monitor live trips, investigate booking or payment issues, and coordinate incident resolution with Technology and Finance teams.
• Implement safety procedures, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate incident records.
• Supervise the operations team, develop SOPs and support rollout of new initiatives.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly operational reports and analyse performance trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Transport Management, Logistics or related field.
• 3–5 years of operational experience, preferably in a technology‑driven platform or ride‑hailing environment.
• Proven team supervision and field‑operations coordination skills.
• Strong analytical ability to translate data into actionable improvements.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with operational dashboards and reporting tools.
