Onsite Project Assistant

About the role

We are looking for an Onsite Project Assistant to support our construction projects in Port Harcourt and the wider Rivers State area. You will act as the main point of contact on the site, ensuring smooth coordination between workers, artisans, and contractors while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary on‑site liaison for workers, artisans, and contractors.
• Assist with local procurement, audit site inventory, and track material movements.
• Maintain precise logs of incoming and outgoing materials and documentation.
• Inspect artisan craftsmanship against company standards, enforce site safety, and keep the site clean.

Required profile

• Entry‑level candidate with a background or degree in Architecture (strong advantage).
• Basic knowledge of design or architectural tools such as Figma, AutoCAD, or SketchUp.
• Familiarity with digital collaboration platforms like ClickUp.
• Process‑driven, highly organized, and confident communicating with site workers, vendors, and team members.
• Trustworthy with records/funds and willing to commute across active project sites in Port Harcourt.
