Online Instructor – Organizational Culture & Workplace Cohesion

About the role

The IDMANN Institute seeks experienced professionals to deliver live, online instruction on Organizational Culture, Workplace Cohesion, and related topics. Instructors will guide learners through modules on behavioral typology, diversity, and conflict resolution, providing real‑world insights and fostering a collaborative learning environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging live sessions for up to 10 hours per week.
• Develop lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessment tools for three core modules.
• Facilitate discussions, address student questions, and provide feedback.
• Identify and mediate conflicts within the virtual classroom.
• Maintain a professional, distraction‑free teaching space and adhere to the preset class schedule.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills and a strong professional background in the subject matter.
• Demonstrated ability to create curriculum and adapt teaching methods for diverse learners.
• Experience navigating ambiguity and delivering clear guidance.
• Commitment to student success and a passion for education.
• Prior experience with online teaching platforms and virtual classroom management.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Myers‑Briggs psychometric tools.
• Knowledge of the KAI Inventory assessment.
