About the role
Castville Solutions is looking for smart, polite and customer-focused Office/Shop Attendants to provide excellent customer service and keep the shop running smoothly every day. The ideal candidate is neat, proactive and passionate about sales and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Attend to customers promptly and help them choose products
- Arrange and display products neatly on shelves and make sure they are labelled correctly
- Process sales, issue receipts and operate the POS machine accurately
- Receive, check and organise incoming stock
- Monitor stock levels and report low stock, expired or damaged goods
- Keep the shop and office clean, organised and welcoming
Required profile
- SSCE, OND or NCE qualification
- 1 year of experience as a shop attendant, sales assistant or similar retail role
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Neat, polite, honest and willing to work on weekends
- Must live close to the work location
