About the role
The Officer, Data Analytics will transform raw healthcare data into actionable insights that drive operational excellence and improve patient outcomes. Working closely with clinicians and management, the role supports evidence‑based decision‑making and strategic planning across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Collect, process, and analyze healthcare data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for operational and clinical improvements.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate insights and support strategic decision‑making.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics aligned with organizational goals.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with data governance policies and regulatory requirements.
- Provide training and support to staff on data analytics tools and best practices, fostering a culture of data literacy.
Required profile
- 3–5 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field, preferably within the healthcare sector.
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Health Informatics, or a related discipline.
- Must be a resident of Imo State or willing to relocate.
